As a therapist looking to expand my skills, I'm interested in PRT! Drop a link, will you?

Toby - Apologies for going radio silent! I took an unintended break from Substack.

I so appreciate the lifelong learner in you. An update is that I missed the fact that there is a complementary therapy to PRT called EAET. Below are the links.

You can expect an article soon from me, wrapping this all together, but for now, you can enjoy these links:

You wouldn’t believe what I’m learning about myself. More details coming in my next article.

Yay you, Julie! Self-advocacy is key.

Thank you, Carrie, and great to hear from you! Yes, I've found self-advocacy is the only way to keep my head on straight in this crazy health journey. It is SO important!

Waiting to hear about PRT!!!

Thanks, Noelle! Do you know anything about PRT yet? If not, I think it will blow you away. I'm still early in the process with it, which is still so telling, in how much it helped me so quickly!

So glad your persistence and hard work are paying off!

Thank you, Ginna! It was a journey I didn't ask for, but I hope my story can provide hope to others.

Keep on keeping on Julie! And yes those doctors who "decline" are ones who feel inadequate to help you so you are better off without them.!

I'm currently working with an EMDR therapist. We'll have to compare notes next time we're together! Blessings as you continue to advocate and heal.
