As a keen Epsom Salt bath user for chronic muscle aches and pain I was interested in the 20 minute idea. I tend to be a ten minute bather so i will try the longer stint (Impatient and get bored LOL). Also the drained after syndrome - reassuring to know its not just me. Note to self: Do not bathe just before needing to prepare dinner!!

I do these, too, but sometimes fall out of the habit! This was a good reminder that it might help on a hard day!
